Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Enterprise Architecture team. This role involves contributing to software design and AI Enablement while collaborating closely with various teams to meet business requirements and support product lifecycle activities.

- Helps grow junior engineers by providing guidance on modern software development frameworks, and leading technical discussions
Skills
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
- 3 years of work experience
- None leadership experience
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working with Power Platform technologies like PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio
- Experience in a modern scripting language (preferably Python)
- Experience in effective data engineering practices and big data platforms such as BigQuery, Data Store, etc
- Experience in modern web application framework such as Node.js
- Experience in a front-end technology and framework such as HTML, CCS, JavaScript, ReactJS, D3
- Experience in writing SQL queries against a relational database
- Experience in version control systems (preferable Git)
- Familiarity with REST and effective web service design
- Familiarity with production systems design including High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Performance, Efficiency, and Security
