The role involves working closely with clients on tax planning and consulting engagements, requiring a strong background in real estate and partnership taxation.
Responsibilities
- Join its growing Tax & Assurance practice
- Work directly with clients and their advisors on tax planning, transaction structuring, consulting engagements, and proactive problem-solving throughout the year
Skills
- Active CPA license
- 7–10+ years of public accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Significant experience with: Complex partnership taxation, Real estate clients, High-net-worth individuals, multi-entity structures
- Experience with 704(b), 704(c), 754, 1031, 163(j), 199A, trusts and estates, pass-through entities, and multi-state taxation
