Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Staff Financial Group is working with a CPA firm experiencing strong growth that has a need for a Senior Tax Accountant. The ideal candidate will have experience in public accounting and will be responsible for tax return preparation, client relationship management, and utilizing accounting software.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of tax returns
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Utilizing Ultratax and QuickBooks software
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in public accounting
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business
- Candidates on track for their CPA with parts of the CPA exam passed will be considered
- Minimum of 1-2 busy seasons under your belt with preparation and review experience
- Experience developing and maintaining client relationships is a must
- Candidates with a CPA are preferred
- Strong educational credentials are preferred
- A Masters in Tax is a plus
- Proficiency in Ultratax and QuickBooks is desired
