[Remote] Senior Technical Project Manager – MMIS (Medicaid/Medicare)

The role involves managing the SDLC lifecycle, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring timely project delivery while interfacing with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MMIS delivery including change orders & defect resolution
• Drive SDLC lifecycle from requirements through development
• Collaborate with Dev, Architecture, DBA, Release & Infra teams
• Ensure KPI/SLA alignment across multiple MMIS teams
• Interface directly with client stakeholders & leadership
• Mitigate risks, track metrics & ensure on-time delivery
• Work alongside AWS/cloud-based development teams

Skills

• 6+ Years in Project Management
• 3+ Years in Medicaid/Medicare
• Proven MMIS project delivery experience
• Strong experience managing software development projects
• Exposure to AWS/cloud migration environments
• Hands-on with JIRA, MS Project, Excel, SharePoint/Teams
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• PMP
