The role involves building partnerships with HR leaders and managing the full sales cycle across SMB to midmarket accounts.
Responsibilities
- Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across SMB to midmarket accounts
- Engaging with HR leaders to position Workvivo as a strategic partner
- Developing and executing territory plans that drive pipeline growth and account expansion
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management
Skills
- 2 - 5 years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years focused on employee engagement, survey, or listening solutions
- Build trusted relationships with senior HR decision-makers
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 3–6+ months
- Communicate with clarity and confidence in executive-level presentations
- Apply consultative selling skills to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Show equivalent practical experience in software or HR technology sales
- Bring experience selling SaaS solutions to organizations with 500 - 2500 employees
