The Social Media Intern will support the sales team and marketing initiatives by developing sales materials, executing marketing campaigns, and managing social media presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sales collateral, presentations, proposals, and case studies that support the CRO and the broader sales team
- Coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs in partnership with sales and technical stakeholders
- Prepare briefing materials, pipeline reports, and executive summaries for internal and client-facing meetings
- Track sales activity and marketing touchpoints in CRM systems to identify trends and opportunities
- Plan and execute demand generation campaigns — including email, digital, events, and content — aligned to sales pipeline goals
- Manage the production and distribution of marketing assets in coordination with design and external vendors
- Own the company's social media presence and thought leadership content calendar
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and present insights and recommendations to the CRO
- Manage the CRO’s calendar, project timelines, and cross-functional follow-ups to keep strategic initiatives on track
- Prepare agendas, document meeting outcomes, and drive accountability on assigned action items
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Finance, Operations) to support sales strategy execution
- Assist with the development of quarterly business reviews, board presentations, and market analyses
- Support client onboarding communications and account-level marketing touchpoints
- Coordinate partner co-marketing activities and co-branded programs
- Represent Evolution Cloud Services professionally in client-facing communications and events
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales support, or a combined marketing/sales operations role
- Proven ability to develop compelling sales and marketing collateral
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; polished and professional in all interactions
- Experience in the technology, cloud services, or managed services sector
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts and B2B enterprise sales cycles
- Experience supporting a senior sales or executive leader in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft 365, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics
