Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative social media campaigns tailored to business objectives
- Manage and grow company and client social media accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and others)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and ads
- Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community relationships
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing strategists to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights
- Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and emerging tools
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
- Proven ability to grow and manage social media communities and campaigns
- Strong understanding of each platform's algorithms, trends, and content strategies
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Creative mindset with excellent written and visual communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is an asset
