Responsibilities
- Oversee all Payroll & HR products
- Own business results across this line of products and drive the roadmap based on measurable customer and business outcomes
- Run discovery to find the problems most worth solving for public sector payroll and HR teams
- Evaluate solution options using prototypes
- Validate that customers will adopt and pay for a solution
- Build the feedback loops that prove the outcomes landed
- Collaborate with the broader product team on opportunities that touch multiple product areas
- Influence cross-functional decisions with a strong customer-centric point of view grounded in data
Skills
- Experience in product management, specifically in Payroll & HR products
