Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Health Catalyst is executing a meaningful market transformation with a focus on demand generation and marketing operations. The Sr. Marketing Manager will be a key architect in building the demand generation infrastructure, responsible for strategy and execution across various channels while working closely with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and execution across channels (digital, content, ABM, syndication) with clear accountability for MQLs, pipeline contribution, and lead quality
- Own the metrics and the story behind them
- Build reporting infrastructure, track conversion across the funnel, and bring forward clear recommendations when something needs to change
- Work hands-on in Salesforce and Marketo
- Own campaign setup, lead routing, segmentation, and reporting
- Set direction for external partners across lead generation, digital marketing, and marketing ops
- Translate funnel performance into language that earns credibility with sales leadership
- Present with authority and listen with intention
Skills
- 8+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing operations, with a strong track record of driving pipeline
- Proven ability to own lead generation strategy end-to-end, from concept through execution and optimization
- Experience building and scaling multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Marketo, and modern marketing technology ecosystems including intent data, AI-assisted optimization, and multi-touch attribution
- Experience managing external agencies, including setting direction and holding them accountable to outcomes
- Analytical fluency with funnel metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, growth-stage environments—building structure where it doesn't yet exist
- Highly independent, proactive operator with a driver/achiever mindset
