They are seeking a Senior Media Buyer - Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid acquisition funnels to generate qualified leads and drive measurable growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more
- Build, test, and optimize full‑funnel campaigns—from ad click to booked call
- Monitor CPL, CAC, and conversion rates, making data‑driven decisions to improve performance
- Run A/B and multivariate tests for audiences, landing pages, and funnels
- Identify winning segments, reduce acquisition costs, and scale profitable campaigns
- Collaborate with designers and writers to ensure creative assets support funnel goals
- Report clearly on performance, insights, and recommendations
Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on media buying experience across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
- Proven experience building and optimizing full acquisition funnels
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with platform dashboards
- Experience with landing page builders, CRO, and split-testing tools
- Ability to collaborate with creative and content teams while keeping focus on performance metrics
- Comfort owning budgets, scaling campaigns, and reporting results
