EisnerAmper is one of the largest accounting, tax, and business advisory firms, and they are seeking a Staff II for their Health Care Consulting Group. In this role, you will focus on client service projects related to healthcare entities and support senior staff in executing client engagements through research, analytics, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of consulting engagements by contributing to key aspects of client work, including research, data requests and collection, analysis, and basic financial modeling. Assist in preparing deliverable reports for review and presentation to firm and client leadership
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate client performance and identify improvement opportunities using key performance indicators (e.g., wRVU productivity, admissions, charges, collections, denials, AR, etc.)
- Assist in conducting benchmarking analysis using national data sets and internal proprietary data to generate insights and support data-driven recommendations
- Support business development efforts by contributing to the preparation of introductory materials and assisting with elements of the formal sales process presentations
- Build and maintain working relationships with client teams through ongoing engagement support. Assist in providing data-driven insights on marketplace trends and regulatory changes
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with established policies and procedures including patients, government, insurance, and third-party payer regulations
- May be required to occasionally work extended hours, or travel to/work from different firm offices and/or client locations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field is required
- 2+ years of related and progressive health care consulting, analytics, financial, or operations experience
- Ability to travel up to 30%-50%
- Master's Degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field is preferred
- Experience working with healthcare data, performance analytics, or financial modeling is preferred
