Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HireTalent is a staffing and recruiting firm seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to join their Corporate Technology team. This role is essential for driving automation and process optimization across a financial technology ecosystem, working with various finance applications.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap for finance applications including NetSuite, Coupa, Zip, and Workiva
- Perform fit/gap analyses and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Configure NetSuite modules (GL, AP/AR, SuiteTax, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk)
- Lead large-scale ERP integrations via middleware (Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi)
- Create and maintain PM artifacts: Functional Specifications, Data Flow Diagrams, BPM Diagrams
- Ensure SOX compliance through auditor collaboration and system controls documentation
- Manage vendor relationships and lead UAT/integration testing
Skills
- 5+ years system administration of NetSuite and enterprise finance applications
- 4+ years hands-on NetSuite configuration experience
- 3+ years ERP integration experience via middleware platforms
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Quote-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and General Ledger processes
- SOX compliance experience (public company preferred)
- Agile/Jira proficiency
- NetSuite or Zip Certified
- Kyriba, Ironclad, or Workato experience
- Multi-country/multi-currency ERP implementation experience
