They are seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to lead the development of strategic partnerships within the title insurance industry, focusing on cultivating relationships and creating long-term business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with title agencies, title underwriters, and related real estate service providers
- Leverage existing industry relationships to establish referral pipelines and collaborative business opportunities
- Develop and execute a national partnership strategy focused on the title insurance ecosystem
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that align incentives and drive long-term growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the title insurance industry
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic title partners
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships with existing partners and expand collaboration across multiple markets
- Generate new revenue opportunities through title industry partnerships and referral relationships
- Collaborate with internal sales leadership to convert partnership opportunities into revenue-generating accounts
- Identify regional and national title partners that can support Evertree’s expansion goals
- Track partnership performance and identify opportunities to scale successful relationships
- Provide insights into trends and opportunities within the title insurance and real estate services industries
- Represent Evertree at industry conferences, networking events, and association meetings
- Help position Evertree as a preferred insurance partner for title agencies and related real estate businesses
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in the title insurance industry, real estate services, or related partnership development roles
- Deep understanding of the title insurance ecosystem, including agencies, underwriters, and real estate transaction partners
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships that generate measurable business outcomes
- Strong relationship management, networking, and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new channels and opportunities from the ground up
- Established network within the title insurance industry strongly preferred
