- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Strategic thinking, initiative, and the ability to execute consistently over time
- Self-direction, organization, and comfort working independently
- Interest in continued learning and professional growth
- Openness to an independent, performance-based structure (not a salaried/W-2 role)
