They are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Supply Chain Operations Manager to support end-to-end supply planning and execution across North America, ensuring adequate supply and monitoring inbound shipments.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and place purchase orders (POs) with external vendors
- Ensure accurate order quantities and alignment of delivery dates with operational requirements
- Maintain PO accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Monitor inbound shipments from order placement through delivery
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve in‑transit delays or exceptions
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on shipment status and expected dock arrival dates
- Consolidate sales forecast inputs and translate them into operational demand plans
- Partner with warehouse teams to align daily capacity planning across multiple facilities
- Support short‑term and project‑based demand planning initiatives
- Work extensively within inventory management and planning systems to:
- Configure warehouse and network capacities
- Monitor fulfillment and replenishment performance
- Ensure optimal stock levels across the North American warehouse network
- Maintain data integrity across systems and support continuous process improvements

- Experience working with enterprise inventory, planning, or ERP systems
- SQL proficiency or hands-on experience using SQL for data analysis, reporting, and insights
- Strong ability to translate data into actionable operational decisions
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies
