The role involves system support, configuration work, and ensuring business-critical processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the AutoTime timekeeping system
- Manage system configuration and process updates
- Perform data maintenance and troubleshooting
- Support SAP integration and labor cost reporting
- Help ensure contract accounting compliance
- Assist with audit walkthroughs and system documentation
- Collaborate on manufacturing and labor distribution processes
- Respond to technical support needs in a timely manner
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting AutoTime or similar timekeeping systems
- Understanding of configuration and data maintenance
- Knowledge of SAP integration support
- Ability to work fully remote
- US citizenship required
- Experience with UKG or Kronos systems
- Background in manufacturing support environments
- Exposure to labor distribution processes
- Familiarity with contract-specific overtime handling
- Experience supporting audit-related activities
- Knowledge of government contract accounting requirements
