[Remote] Syteline Financial Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Syteline Financial Consultant to provide leadership and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT. The role involves gathering requirements, proposing solutions, and ensuring business readiness for module implementation, while also contributing to strategic planning and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and motivation to team members, fostering high morale and a customer-centric approach
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, gathering requirements, specifying processes, and proposing solutions
• Stay abreast of industry trends and their potential impact on business support
• Understand the needs and processes of business sites
• Define tasks for implementing solution enhancements, design solutions, and automate business and reporting processes
• Ensure business readiness before module implementation, with appropriate documentation, testing, and sign off
• Cultivate a collaborative relationship with the Development team, offering guidance on design alternatives
• Offer consultation to project stakeholders, facilitating decision-making
• Conduct project team meetings to monitor progress and facilitate communication
• Ensure timely resolution of reported problems from business users
• Adhere to IT policies and SOX compliance in project activities
• Contribute to the Corporate Business Systems strategic plan, budget preparation, and staffing plans
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills

• MUST HAVE INFOR SYTELINE/CLOUDSUITE INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role implementing SyteLine ERP, with a focus on Finance/Accounting
• Strong proficiency in identifying and evaluating complex business processes and providing system solutions within Finance, Accounting, and Standard Costing
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and interacting with various management levels
• Proficient in team-building, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving
• Highly motivated and independent learner
• Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / SyteLine versions 10, 9, or 8
• ERP implementation experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to make independent decisions and recommendations based on best practices and experience
• Strong customer service attitude
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
