The Talent Team Coordinator (TTC) supports Talent Consultants by coordinating various HR-related tasks throughout the employee life cycle, ensuring effective communication and administration of HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Leveraging technology, facilitating communication, and coordinating the administration of multiple HR processes
- Interfacing with employees and handle initial employee inquiries and/or responses
- Escalating issues as appropriate to a senior member of the ATT
- Processing and inputting transactions into SuccessFactors
- Coordinating the administration of HR processes such as, but not limited to, performance management, the promotion process, variable pay, orientation, people surveys, upward feedback, separation process, etc
- Providing reports and gathering data related to HR projects and initiatives assigned, sharing information gathered with the Talent Team or other HR functional groups as requested
- Assisting in communication flow to and from clients and to other HR team members as appropriate
- Handling special projects as assigned
Skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- An Associate degree or higher
- Willingness to travel and participate in firm-initiated networks
- High level of confidentiality
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of firm policies, procedures, and databases
- Ability to collect and interpret information to be used to enhance services to clients

- Basic project management skills (e.g., managing multiple client requests and deadlines)
- Ability to perform job responsibilities independently. However, the TTC should consult with the supervisor when activities are outside the normal scope of responsibilities
- Willingness to act as an advisor to peers and new team members
- 3-5 years of experience, Human Resources or technology reporting experience preferred
