Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vyne is a healthcare technology company connecting providers, payers, and patients through secure health information exchange. The Technical Project Manager will work closely with healthcare and local government IT staff to design, implement, and support workflows for document handling automation.
Responsibilities
- Manage client implementation deliverables along with internal development milestones
- Design and build solutions based on contract scope and workflow analysis
- Manage scope, resources, and timeline for client implementations
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with efficiency and professionalism
- Identify and address customer needs, with a goal of total satisfaction
- Provide expert answers to questions about products, integrations, and workflows
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for communications with minimal supervision
- Recommend improvements to company processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, MIS/CIS, Informatics, or a related scientific/technical field — or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a technical, analytical, or healthcare IT setting
- Experience with healthcare IT or administration, preferably involving implementation or support of Epic or other Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to make sound, data-informed decisions
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of integrity, dependability, and a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, including remote teams
- Proficiency in SQL preferred
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau (or similar platforms) is strongly preferred
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Git, and/or BitBucket preferred
