Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Class Valuation is a leading tech-enabled appraisal management company seeking a Valuation Operations Specialist. This role is crucial in supporting the development and management of non-traditional appraisal and property valuation products while ensuring compliance and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Product Management: Oversee the lifecycle of alternative valuation products, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards (USPAP) and client-specific requirements
- Collaboration: Work closely with the QC team to provide feedback on product performance and improvements
- Training & Development: Facilitate training sessions, webinars, and documentation to educate teams on alternative products and technologies
- Innovation Support: Participate in developing and supporting new valuation initiatives and technologies
- Compliance: Ensure all alternative products meet company, client, and regulatory standards
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and appraisers to enhance product offerings and resolve operational challenges
- Feedback Collection: Gather and relay feedback from field providers and clients to drive continuous improvement
- Technology Adaptation: Assist in deploying new technologies related to alternative products, ensuring effective implementation and user adoption
- Regular attendance is a requirement
Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in appraisal, valuation, or real estate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with SaaS and appraisal management platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Creative and proactive in addressing product and operational challenges
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving responsibilities
- Experience with alternative products preferred
