The role involves managing high-profile client accounts, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and supporting internal leadership with sales and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Consultants to provide VERIFY documents in accordance with client agreements
- Manage VERIFY data for both new and existing clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, elevator contractors, and Consultants regarding VERIFY & CCM(Certificate Compliance Management) processes
- Ensure compliance with VDA requests through frequent follow-up with elevator contractors
- Attend VERIFY-related meetings as required
- Manage billing for projects, accommodating client preferences regarding billing frequency and processes
- Address client questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the project lifecycle
- Serve as a liaison between VDA, clients, and their vendors
- Maintain the online accounts for the VDA Customer Portal
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in data analysis, revenue tracking, and metric-driven reporting
- Experience with pricing models and proposal management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across departments and with customers
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to vertical transportation maintenance and certification management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Compliance, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in the elevator industry, familiarity with elevator vendor invoices, contracts, and maintenance management
