This role is responsible for identifying service solutions that align with client objectives to improve operational efficiencies and financial outcomes using a consultative approach.
Responsibilities
- Establish a territory management plan that targets ideal client profiles
- Cultivate new customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Stay informed of industry trends and advancements as a subject matter expert
- Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data using CRM
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Prepare annual sales plan to include forecasting, budgeting, and resource needs
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop sales collateral to drive brand awareness
- Participate in industry networking groups and/or events with clients and prospects
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 7-10 years' experience working in or consultative sales to healthcare facilities
- Ability to work independently
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Must currently reside in the Midwest
- Takes initiative and is a self-starter with a hunter mentality
- Understand financial statements, proformas and budget development processes
- Professional image and brand ambassadorship
- Adept at Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HubSpot
- Prior experience in a startup entrepreneurial environment is beneficial
