Delve Search & Recruiting is a rapidly growing organization in the healthcare and legal services ecosystem seeking an experienced Vice President – Provider Development to help scale healthcare provider growth across the personal injury healthcare market. The role involves leading Provider Development Executives, driving regional strategy, and supporting major provider partnerships while focusing on expanding the medical provider side of a technology-enabled network.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor Provider Development Executives
- Drive provider network expansion and regional market growth
- Build relationships with physicians, practice owners, and healthcare executives
- Support territory planning, recruiting, onboarding, and sales process discipline
- Participate in complex provider negotiations and strategic business discussions
- Identify market opportunities, coverage gaps, and high-value provider targets
- Partner with leadership, operations, legal, account management, and business development teams
- Build a high-performance, field-driven sales culture
Skills
- Proven leadership of field sales or provider development teams 5+ years
- Executive presence with physicians, practice owners, and healthcare executives 5+ years
- Strong understanding of provider operations, healthcare economics, and practice growth
- Commercially sharp, financially literate, and comfortable in complex negotiations
- Able to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in the market
- Experience scaling territories, markets, teams, or provider networks
- Understanding of medical liens, lien-based treatment, medical receivables, and revenue cycle management is a major plus
- Personal injury healthcare experience is highly valued
