Delta Electronics Americas is a global provider of power and thermal management solutions, focusing on innovative and energy-efficient solutions. The Sales Manager for HPAM Products is responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration of high-efficiency EC fans and thermal management solutions for mission-critical applications, while developing strategic relationships with OEMs and data center infrastructure providers.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth of HPAM EC fan solutions within data center, HVAC, and industrial cooling markets
- Develop strategic accounts including hyperscale cloud providers, OEM equipment manufacturers, and system integrators
- Identify design-in opportunities for Delta EC fans in data center cooling systems including air handling units, chillers, heat exchangers, computer room air conditioners and others
- Build long-term relationships with engineering, procurement, and executive stakeholders
- Target key vertical markets: Data Center Infrastructure, OEM Cooling Systems, Industrial & Energy Applications
- Work with customer engineering teams to specify Delta EC fans as the Basis of Design
- Support airflow simulation, thermal analysis, and system integration discussions
- Coordinate closely with R&D, FAE and product management teams to customize solutions
- Drive early engagement in customer product development cycles
- Develop specification relationships with OEM decision makers and market influencers
- Build ecosystem partnerships with cooling system integrators and precision cooling solution providers
- Develop annual sales plans and multi-year growth strategies for HPAM business
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility
- Monitor market trends including AI data center growth, thermal management technology trends, cooling architecture evolution
- Work closely with internal teams: Product Management, Engineering / R&D, Marketing & MarCom, Supply Chain & Operations, Global Business Units
