The successful candidate will be responsible for system administration, configuration, and support, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support the Workday environment
- Configure and develop Workday solutions to meet business needs
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations, reports, and business processes
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support system upgrades, testing, and release management activities
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Workday platform
- Provide user support, training, and documentation as required
- Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders across multiple teams
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday administration and development
- Proven experience configuring and supporting Workday modules and business processes
- Strong understanding of Workday reporting, integrations, security, and system configuration
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex Workday-related issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, dedicated role
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in global or distributed teams
- Exposure to Workday integrations and advanced reporting
- Knowledge of HR, Finance, or Payroll business processes within Workday
