We are looking for an Account Director to manage and expand a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts within a fast-growing business unit focused on digital solutions for the Life Sciences sector.
The Mission
You will be responsible for managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of enterprise clients, positioning the platform as a key solution for Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement within the healthcare and life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a strategic portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Lead renewals and negotiate complex long-term agreements.
• Identify expansion opportunities within client organizations.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Develop business cases and demonstrate the value and ROI of the solution.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful execution.
The Ideal Profile
• Strong experience in B2B SaaS Account Management.
• Proven background managing high-value enterprise accounts.
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage executive-level relationships.
• Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
• Full professional proficiency in English is required.
• Based in or around Chicago, with the ability to engage effectively with enterprise clients across the region.
• Experience within Pharma, MedTech, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is considered a plus.
