About the Role

We are hiring high-performance sales professionals who can convert complex, high-value dental cases ($3,000–$25,000+) into confirmed and attended bookings.

This is NOT short-cycle commodity sales.

This is:

You will be responsible not just for booking — but for ensuring patients SHOW UP.

If you thrive in structured sales funnels, disciplined follow-up systems, and high accountability environments — this role is for you.

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • >5 years of sales experience (ideally in healthcare, travel or remote B2C sales)

  • Proven experience closing $3,000+ ticket deals

  • Comfortable handling long-cycle sales

  • Disciplined follow-up executor

  • Comfortable being audited on performance

  • Resilient under rejection and objections

  • Fluent English (written + verbal)

  • Confident using CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and multitasking across tools (chat, phone, email)

  • Comfortable working weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and flexible shifts

  • Reliable, organized, and proactive in a fully remote setup

Strongly Preferred

  • Medical / dental tourism experience

  • Experience selling packages or bundled services
