We Are META is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Learning Consultant for a contractor role. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementations and BIB integrations, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. The role is hybrid, with one day a week on-site in Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra, and the rest remote.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Learning Consultant
- Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementations and BIB integrations within SAP ecosystems
- Strong knowledge of integration scenarios between SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors environments
- Experience working in international project environments with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Fluency in English (C1)
- Availability for Hybrid model 1 time a week(based in Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra)
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
