About the position At vialytics, we’re using AI to solve one of the biggest issues in public infrastructure: road management. Our platform helps cities and municipalities identify, manage, and improve road conditions through AI-powered inspections and intuitive software workflows. Instead of relying on outdated manual processes, public works teams can make faster, smarter, data-driven decisions that directly improve infrastructure and public safety. Founded in Germany in 2018, vialytics has grown rapidly across Europe, won multiple industry awards, and recently raised a \$10M Series A to accelerate international expansion. Now we’re building our U.S. go-to-market team — and we’re looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial sales team members to join us. Responsibilities • Research and identify target municipalities and key decision-makers • Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, and social channels • Build customer-first relationships through thoughtful discovery conversations • Partner closely with Marketing to develop impactful campaigns and messaging • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and customer information in our CRM • Continuously improve sales processes and share best practices with the team • Help introduce an innovative AI solution to a new and growing market Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles within SaaS or technology-enabled services • Excitement about technology, innovation, and public infrastructure • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong drive for results • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment • Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude • Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and professional audiences • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Collaborative team player with a professional, can-do attitude Benefits • 18 vacation days • 8 sick days • 12 weeks paid parental leave • Fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees • \$35/ monthly wellness stipend • \$1,500 annual professional development budget
