Role Overview
The Lead Consultant, IAM is an experienced individual contributor positioned between the Senior Consultant and Senior Manager/Principal. They own key delivery workstreams, serve as the primary client interface on IAM engagements, and drive delivery excellence across WWT's Identity and Access Management practice.
What You Will Do
Lead key IAM workstreams with accountability for delivery quality, timelines, and business outcomes, while elevating practice capabilities and growing talent. Lead IAM assessment, architecture design, and implementation engagements with documentation of design decisions, platform configurations, integration patterns, and operational support procedures.

Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in cybersecurity with a sustained focus on Identity and Access Management
- 5+ years in a senior consulting or technical leadership role with hands-on IAM platform implementation and client advisory experience
- Deep technical expertise across IAM domains, including IGA, PAM, Access Management, and cloud identity
- Practical understanding of the identity-security interplay across adjacent domains: application security, identity threat detection and response, endpoint and device trust, and privileged attack paths
