About the Role:
The company is seeking to find a highly skilled Senior Accountant with a strong background in financial forecasting, funding support, and M&A activity.
This role goes beyond day-to-day accounting—it's about driving strategic decisions, supporting capital raising, and shaping the financial future of growing ventures.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage operational cashflow scenario models to support business planning and decision-making
- Lead or assist with working capital finance raising efforts, including preparing financial documentation and liaising with external parties
- Support trade finance arrangements, including documentation and financial modeling for import/export or supplier-related financing
- Contribute to M&A transactions, including financial due diligence, data room preparation, and document drafting/review
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to deliver strategic insights to the leadership team
- Work cross-functionally with legal, commercial, and operations teams on finance-related initiatives
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of accounting or finance experience, ideally in a mid to senior-level capacity
- Strong background in one or more of the following:
▸ Operational cashflow forecasting
▸ Working capital funding support
▸ Trade finance processes
▸ M&A documentation and due diligence - Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proficient in using accounting software and financial tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and remotely with a high level of accountability
