About the Role
Our client, a leading holistic wellness center in Raleigh, North Carolina , is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Beauty and Wellness Coach with a background as a holistic practitioner. This unique role focuses on integrating inner well-being with outer radiance, guiding clients towards comprehensive health and beauty goals. You will provide personalized coaching, workshops, and treatments that address nutrition, stress management, mindful self-care, and natural beauty enhancement. This position involves a hybrid work model, allowing for in-person client sessions and consultations at our Raleigh center, alongside remote coaching, content creation, and virtual program development, offering a dynamic blend of interaction and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth holistic assessments of clients' beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and nutritional habits. Develop personalized, actionable coaching plans that integrate physical, mental, emotional, and environmental well-being. Provide guidance on nutrition, stress reduction techniques, mindful practices, and natural skincare. Lead group workshops and educational sessions on topics related to holistic beauty and wellness. Offer complementary therapies or treatments that support inner and outer health (e.g., lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, energy work, depending on qualifications). Educate clients on product choices and lifestyle adjustments to promote sustainable health and beauty. Stay current with the latest research and trends in holistic health, nutrition, and natural beauty. Collaborate with other wellness professionals within the center to offer integrated client care. Develop and manage online content, including blog posts, social media updates, and virtual coaching programs. Track client progress and provide ongoing support and motivation. Requirements Certification or degree in holistic health coaching, nutrition, esthetics, or a related wellness field is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in coaching, wellness, or beauty industries, with a strong emphasis on holistic practices. Proven ability to develop and implement personalized wellness and beauty plans. Excellent communication, active listening, and motivational skills. Knowledge of nutrition, stress management, mindfulness, and natural skincare principles. Certification in relevant complementary therapies is a strong asset. Ability to create engaging educational content for various platforms. Proficiency with scheduling software and virtual communication tools. A warm, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
