We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on, global SaaS and software transactions attorney to join our legal team. With frequent, substantive senior executive engagement, this position will serve as the primary legal business partner to the strategic and enterprise account sales teams.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school; admitted and in good standing with at least one state bar in the U.S.
- 15+ years legal experience in business and transactional law in the technology industry, with 10+ years direct experience managing and negotiating large complex software, SaaS and related technology sales transactions with global enterprise customers
- Extensive experience providing sound legal counsel and leading SaaS and software transaction negotiations to completion in an effective and efficient manner
