Job Description:
• Ensures effective management, implementation, and compliance with government and other multilateral donors
• Acts as the main liaison between offices for management of major grants
• Leads administration of grant startups and supports monitoring and reporting
• Conducts regular compliance reviews and addresses management bottlenecks as needed
• Engages directly with donor representatives to facilitate compliance and reporting.

• Understands Christ’s mandate to protect children
• Must commit to and prioritize child protection considerations in all decision-making, tasks, and activities across the ministry
• Abide by all behavioral expectations in Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct
• Provides technical support and guidance to National Offices (NOs)
• Assists in developing work plans, implementation schedules, and performance benchmarks
• Must serve as a subject matter expert on the Core Grants Team and Grant Acquisition Team.
• Experience in grant management or related field.
