Our client, a rapidly growing leader in the Professional Services industry, is seeking a Senior NetSuite Functional Lead to spearhead enterprise-wide NetSuite initiatives within the hospitality sector. This is far more than a support role. As the Functional Lead, you'll partner with executive leadership, Finance, Operations, and IT to optimize business processes, drive strategic NetSuite initiatives, and shape the organization's long-term ERP roadmap.
You'll play a pivotal role in helping a growing hospitality organization maximize its NetSuite investment while driving operational excellence across multiple business functions. Daily Responsibilities:
• Leading NetSuite functional initiatives while partnering with Finance, Operations, and IT leadership
• Assessing existing business processes and identifying opportunities to improve system performance and efficiency
• Driving end-to-end optimization of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report business processes
• Translating complex business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions and configurations
• Designing reports, dashboards, saved searches, and analytics that deliver meaningful business insights
• Enhancing the NetSuite platform through system improvements, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization
• Collaborating with technical teams and third-party vendors on integrations and data flows
• Optimizing middleware integrations including Celigo, Boomi, and Avalara
• Mentoring business users while driving adoption of NetSuite best practices
• Championing process improvements that strengthen operational excellence across the organization
Qualifications:
• 8+ years of NetSuite consulting experience with a strong functional background
• Proven success leading enterprise NetSuite implementations or post go-live optimization initiatives
• Deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report business processes
• Prior NetSuite experience supporting hospitality organizations including hotels, restaurants, or multi-location operations
• Strong understanding of NetSuite Financials, workflows, reporting, and system configuration
• Experience working with integrations and middleware solutions including Celigo, Boomi, or Avalara
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into practical NetSuite solutions
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative consulting environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-location NetSuite environments
• Familiarity with revenue recognition, inventory management, or POS integrations
• NetSuite certifications including SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant Certification
• Experience developing training programs and mentoring end users
• Previous consulting experience supporting enterprise hospitality organizations
