Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Organizational Change Manager to support a large-scale enterprise transformation and technology implementation initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing organizational change strategies that ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and business practices.

What You Will Do

Conducting change impact and readiness assessments, creating communication and stakeholder engagement plans, developing executive presentations and communication materials, managing change-related risks and resistance, and collaborating with project managers, business leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of organizational change management experience, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and experience supporting enterprise technology implementations.
