About the team

At Zillow, we’re reimagining real estate to make it easier to unlock life’s next chapter. Zillow Home Loans plays a critical role in that vision by helping buyers move from home shopping to financing with more confidence, transparency, and ease. This team builds the lending experiences, internal tools, and operational systems that support a more connected mortgage journey inside the Zillow experience. The work spans highly complex, regulated workflows across verification, underwriting readiness, closing readiness, production visibility, and integrations with both Zillow systems and third-party mortgage platforms. By combining technology, automation, and deep partnership with Operations, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Compliance, and vendor teams, we’re improving the speed, quality, and predictability of the mortgage process for both borrowers and the teams who support them.

About the role

You will operate across the fulfillment lifecycle to identify pain points, define product strategy, and deliver solutions that improve how work is structured, surfaced, and executed across teams and systems. The work requires a product leader who is equally comfortable navigating complex operational workflows, partnering deeply with business stakeholders and technical teams, and balancing speed, quality, compliance, and scalability.
