The Project

We're a US-licensed brokerage and business development company partnering with high-producing agents ($5M–$25M annual sales) in the United States. We're launching a national TC service as a wedge product within our broader agent platform.

We have the architecture, legal framework, software stack, and AI-assisted intake skill built. We need a seasoned TC professional to operationalize it — turn the blueprint into running daily workflows, train the first cohort of TCs, and oversee the first 30–60 days of live service.

This is not a "do TC work" role. This is a "build the TC service" role.

What You'll Do

Phase 1 — Build (Weeks 1–4)

Phase 2 — Hire & Train (Weeks 4–8)

Phase 3 — Oversee Live Service (Weeks 8–16)

Possible Phase 4 — Permanent TC Operations Lead role overseeing the team as we scale to 1000+ agent partners.

Required

Strongly preferred: AI-assisted document extraction experience, offshore team management, Zoho/ClickUp/Trackxi, brokerage compliance background, GLBA/NPI handling knowledge.

Bonus: Active or inactive real estate license in CA/TX/FL. Familiarity with FREC enforcement or California's June 2025 DRE/DFPI Joint Advisory.
