Requirements Ph.D. in Soil Science, Agronomy, or a closely related field with a specialization in soil chemistry, physics, or biology. Minimum of 8 years of post-doctoral research experience in soil science, with a proven track record of leading independent research projects. Extensive experience in soil sampling, analysis, and interpretation, utilizing advanced laboratory techniques and instrumentation. Demonstrated knowledge of soil carbon dynamics, nutrient cycling, and soil-water-plant relationships. Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SAS) and data management. Experience with field plot research and experimental design. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong publication record.
