Role: Senior Solution Lead Oracle B2B Service, OFSC & Service Logistics
Location : Remote
• 15+ years in Service/CX/Field Service transformations; 3 5+ years leading Oracle B2B Service, OFSC, and Service Logistics programs end-to-end.
• Proven delivery of at least 2 3 complex, multi-country implementations with measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of service contracts & entitlements, installed base/assets, parts logistics, routing & capacity modeling, depot/repair, and billing.
• Hands-on with OFSC (routing policies, quotas, skills, activities, geofencing, forms), B2B Service (SR, workflows, knowledge, digital channels), Service Logistics (RMA, parts, repair, warranties).
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar iPaaS, REST/SOAP APIs, eventing, and middleware patterns.
• Solid command of program governance, vendor management, Agile/SAFe, and budget control.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
