Senior Talent Partner – Legal & Learning

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with a strong background in legal recruitment and a solid understanding of Learning & Development (L&D) principles. The ideal candidate will be experienced in recruiting lawyers and legal professionals globally, with a particular emphasis on aligning talent acquisition with business needs. In addition to sourcing top-tier candidates, this individual will help identify skill gaps, curate training content, and design professional development programs to support long-term talent success within our client organizations.
Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and manage top-tier legal professionals and other niche talent aligned with client needs in various jurisdictions (especially Australia, UK, and North America).

  • Partner closely with internal account managers and external clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.

  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to ensure high-quality candidate fit.

  • Curate and deliver tailored L&D strategies to support client teams — including onboarding, skill gap analysis, and continuous legal education initiatives.

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop scalable development programs.

  • Maintain talent pipelines and proactively engage with passive candidates.

  • Track and analyze recruitment and L&D metrics to optimize performance.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on the legal industry (law firms or in-house legal teams).

  • Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, including needs assessments, training program design, or managing upskilling initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of legal roles, qualifications, and professional pathways in common law jurisdictions (e.g., Australia, UK, US).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a data-driven mindset.

  • Previous experience in a remote, distributed work environment is highly desirable.
