About The Role
We are looking for an SEO Contractor to support organic growth for Dispensed Australia with the opportunity to quickly grow the role across a portfolio of digital health and wellness brands with delivery of strong results.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on building and improving SEO content, strengthening onsite optimisation, and helping turn organic search into a more reliable acquisition channel.
You will work closely with the Growth Marketing Lead and wider marketing team to identify opportunities, create and optimise content, and implement changes directly in Webflow.
Time Commitment & Compensation
1 day per week. This day can be split across the working week, with room to scale up.
$450 per day
Total monthly fee: $1800
What You'll Own
SEO Content Production and Optimisation - Create, structure, optimise and publish SEO content across the brand portfolio.
This includes:
Blogs
FAQs
Landing pages
Location pages
Service and category pages
Existing content refreshes
Content should be clear, credible, compliant, and written for both search performance and human readability.
Keyword Research and Content Planning - Support the Growth Marketing Lead with keyword research and content planning.
This includes:
Identifying search opportunities
Building content briefs
Mapping keywords to pages
Prioritising content based on search volume, intent and business value
Identifying gaps across competitor content
Onsite SEO Implementation - Own practical onsite optimisation tasks.
This includes:
Meta titles and descriptions
Heading structure
Internal linking
URL structure
Page layout recommendations
Image alt text
Content hierarchy
Conversion-focused page improvements where relevant
Technical SEO Support - Support lightweight technical SEO improvements and flag larger issues where needed.
This includes:
Crawl issue identification
Broken links
Indexing issues
Schema recommendations
Site structure improvements
Redirects and basic hygiene checks
The role does not require deep engineering expertise, but you should be able to identify and resolve common SEO issues or clearly brief technical requirements.
Performance Reporting - Provide a simple monthly update on SEO progress.
This should include:
Content shipped
Pages optimised
Keyword movement
Organic traffic trends
Search Console insights
Priority recommendations for the following month
What You’ll Need
Core Experience
2+ years experience across SEO, content, copywriting, website optimisation or digital marketing
Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, structured content
Comfortable working directly in Webflow, or able to get up to speed quickly
Experience using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs or similar
Ability to work independently from briefs and turn strategy into shipped work
Requirements
ABN for invoicing
Strong SEO content judgement
Practical onsite optimisation experience
Comfortable balancing search intent, brand tone and conversion
Technical SEO understanding
Bonus points for:
Experience in health, wellness, or regulated industries
Familiarity with AHPRA/TGA content guidelines (or willingness to learn)
Experience/awareness of conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
