- ๐ Investigate and resolve issues reported on the social media platform, including account support and reports of abusive content.
- ๐จ Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.
- ๐ก Use market-specific knowledge to develop scalable solutions for community support.
- ๐ Analyze data to improve the overall user experience.
- ๐ก๏ธ Enforce the companyโs Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse.
- โฑ๏ธ Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
- ๐ ๏ธ Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions.
- ๐ Recognize trends and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
Experience:
- ๐ผ Up to 1 year of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing environment or a comparable service/process management environment.
- ๐ High affinity and cultural awareness of the political and social situation relevant to the market/region supported.
- ๐ฎ๐น Italian speaker (C2) with very good communication skills in English (at least B2 level).

Requirements:
- ๐ช๐บ EU nationality or Greek residence permit.
- ๐ High school diploma.
- ๐ Availability to work in shifts (40 hours per week, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day) between Monday-Sunday, 7 am-10 pm.
Benefits:

- โ๏ธ Relocation package including paid flight to Greece, airport pick-up, administration assistance (tax number, bank account, etc.), 2 weeks paid in a hotel, and help from an agency to find an apartment.
- ๐ฐ Gross monthly salary plus a monthly performance bonus
- ๐ฐ๏ธ Rotational shifts (40 hours per week, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day)
