Solution Operations Support – Managed Technology and Digital Solutions

Job Description: • Provide critical support to the Solution Operations Manager and the Managed Technology & Digital Solutions (MTS/DS) team • Coordinate projects, maintain operational reports and documentation, and support team initiatives • Ensure day-to-day activities are completed accurately and on time • Partner with the Solution Operations Manager to support MTS/DS workstreams and special projects • Compile and analyze operational and financial reports, identifying trends and key insights • Prepare, maintain, and quality-check project documentation, presentations, dashboards, and other materials • Communicate proactively with leadership and team members • Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail by managing assigned responsibilities with minimal oversight Requirements: • Associates degree (preferred) • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, administrative support, or a related field • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality work • Receptive to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Benefits: • group health insurance benefits (medical, vision, dental) • FSA and HSA healthcare accounts • life and accident insurance • adoption and fertility assistance • paid parental leave of up to 6 weeks • short/long term disability • paid time off for vacation, personal needs, and sick time • up to 17 days of Choice Time Off (CTO) per calendar year • up to 11 paid holidays per calendar year • opportunity to contribute to 401(k) savings and investment plan or deferred compensation plan (if eligible), with an employer match of 100% on the first 3% of your contributions
