- Influencer Strategy: Drive brand initiatives by developing and implementing influencer strategies, managing relationships, overseeing agencies, planning go-to-market strategies, budgeting, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with key influencers and talent. Apply these connections to establish us as a leader in influencer partnerships.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the success of influencer initiatives, sharing standard processes to optimize future activations.
- Event Management: Build and implement innovative event concepts, ensuring successful project and event management.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data and research to support decisions, drive new ideas, showcase success and optimization to improve overall influencer marketing strategies.
- External Coordination: Work with external partners such as agencies, vendors, and platforms to optimize output, build efficiencies, share best practices and meet needs.
- Proven track record in influencer marketing with a creative approach and a history of enhancing consumer engagement.
- Expertise in contract negotiations involving creators and influencers, working cross-functionally with our internal legal department.
- Exceptional attention to detail, initiative, and critical thinking skills.
- 5+ years of experience managing external talent and relationships.
- 3+ years in conceptualizing and implementing unique event activations.
- Preferred experience in brand, entertainment, or related influencer management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with various partners.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external partners.
- Deep understanding of business objectives and the role of influencer marketing in achieving tangible results.
- Excellent presentation, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build dynamic relationships with partners in gaming, talent agencies, media, and more.
- BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Someone who thrives in innovative, unstructured environments.
- Flexible, resourceful, energetic, and collaborative!
- Ability to travel 25%
