About the role
We’re looking for a Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Specialist who can own the paid acquisition funnel end‑to‑end.
Not just “launch ads.” Not just “manage budgets.” We want someone who can analyze data, optimize funnels, and scale campaigns that generate qualified leads at competitive costs.
You’ll manage paid traffic across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels; while also driving landing page testing, conversion optimization, and cost efficiency.
You’ll work closely with leadership to turn bold ideas into measurable growth.

What you'll do
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more
Build, test, and optimize full‑funnel campaigns—from ad click to booked call
Monitor CPL, CAC, and conversion rates, making data‑driven decisions to improve performance
Run A/B and multivariate tests for audiences, landing pages, and funnels
Identify winning segments, reduce acquisition costs, and scale profitable campaigns
Collaborate with designers and writers to ensure creative assets support funnel goals
Report clearly on performance, insights, and recommendations

You'll be a perfect fit if you
Have 2+ years of hands‑on media buying experience across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
Have built and optimized full acquisition funnels, not just ads
Think in terms of data, CPL, CAC, and conversion optimization—not vanity metrics

What we're looking for:
2+ years of direct media buying experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Proven experience building and optimizing full acquisition funnels
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with platform dashboards
Experience with landing page builders, CRO, and split‑testing tools
Ability to collaborate with creative and content teams while keeping focus on performance metrics
Comfort owning budgets, scaling campaigns, and reporting results
