Experience - 5.5+years
Strong experience in ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, SAM, ITSM, and Integrations
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations
Experience in ServiceNow Asset Management processes and best practices
Experience in other modules like ITOM or CSM along with ITIL knowledge
ServiceNow SPM certification is mandatory
Strong understanding of ITAM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience in developing and implementing technical solutions and performing integration testing
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a global delivery environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the ServiceNow team to implement ServiceNow solutions across global locations
Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow ITAM modules, including HAM and SAM
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations
Understand business needs and align them with standardized processes and solution design
Develop and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Perform component integration testing and ensure quality delivery
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements
Implement configuration changes using UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and provide technical recommendations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
