Strategic Account Executive – Stabilization Products
Role Summary
The Stabilization Strategic Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing an established portfolio of large strategic accounts within Streck’s stabilization product segment. This role balances ownership of a significant existing book of business with identifying opportunities for expansion and new partner growth.
This position is ideal for a strong, self-directed sales professional who thrives on relationship ownership, long-term account development, and revenue growth. While technical product knowledge can be taught, success in this role depends heavily on listening skills, adaptability, and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a large, established book of strategic partners, driving revenue growth and customer retention.
Serve as the primary contact for assigned national and international accounts.
Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, forecasting, and annual business planning.
Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and grow accounts year over year.
Collaborate with internal sales, operations, quality, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide guidance and strategic direction to internal account managers handling smaller or newer accounts.
Represent Streck at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and territory planning using CRM and analytics tools.

Success Metrics
Growth and retention of an established book of business (approximately $60–70M).
Achievement of revenue targets, pricing initiatives, and partner expansion goals.
Development of deep, trusted relationships with key strategic partners.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven success in strategic account management, sales, or business development.
Strong negotiation, forecasting, and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and fully own account outcomes.
Comfort using CRM systems; experience with Dynamics and Power BI preferred.

Compensation & Travel
Base salary minimum: $115,000 (flexible based on experience).
Target commission: ~$64,000 annually, with upside through accelerators and incentives.
Estimated OTE: $170,000–$210,000+.
Travel requirement: 50–60%.
