Supply Chain Analyst– Asia, Center of Excellence
Job Summary:
The primary focus is to managepurchasingdata and to developlogisticssolutions, accountable for the smooth and effective process flow,interfacesand adherence to the defined quality standards. Forecast and analyses volume from different regions.Negotiate rates with carriers for the assigned trade lane;Follow,implementandmonitorthe operational KPI from Asia operation.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Sourcing strategies:
Manage projects to ensure OTD with tracking,expediteand coordination
Analyze data using digital tools to support sourcing strategies development
Back officesupport:
Responsible for sourcing data management in SAP and other digital tools
Logistics Operation:
Responsible forworking with suppliers onshipping arrangement, transit time estimation,packagingsolutionsetc.
Qualifications:
Able to speak Mandarin, English
Collegedegree
8 ~12 +yearsofexperienceindealing with oversea customers
Excellent data analytical skills
Preferred qualifications:
5+yearsexperiencesin project management incl. tracking,expediteand reporting
Metal background is preferred
Experiencesinnegotiation with suppliers and internal coordination
Innovations: able to give concrete examples in problem solving
