Role Overview

Assist in delivering headcount required to staff peak season operations by supporting candidate generation, development of candidate pipelines, resume review, candidate interviewing, and extending offers. Focus on high volume, non-exempt, licensed or unlicensed call center positions.

What You Will Do

Review resumes, interview qualified candidates, create and send offer letters, schedule bilingual assessments, communicate opportunity for Licensed Health Plan Advisor Trainees, provide positive candidate experience, update and maintain applicant tracking system, and meet daily staffing and reporting goals.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, 1+ years of call center or high-volume recruiting experience, and 1+ years of experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Strong computer skills, interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
